著由黨史會致送胡干城編輯費手示 　　中央評議委員何成濬、萬耀煌、王世杰諸先生來函，並迭次面稱胡干城老同志，確係革亥革命首義 之人，當時即與上述諸評議委員相識，知之甚稔，現在老病交迫，並於去年年底曾由中央委員會一次撥
款救濟。惟胡同志雖屬老病，但其所知武漢首義事跡甚詳，請由本會託其寫下，或派人記錄於救濟之中 ，寓徵集史料之意。當與秘書長商量認爲可行，自本年二月份起，著由本會每月致送編輯費三佰元。特 此通知照送。羅家倫。四十五年四月十二日。
