昨晚在緬甸大使席上梅農見告，謂騮先擬來印視察國際大學云，言次露輕視態。昨晚重慶廣播謂騮先電請尼赫魯訪華，均自討沒趣。電公超轉達騮先，勸其不必如此。今日外交部來電吿我，以顧少川（美）、保君健（秘、現在聯合國開會）及鄭天錫爲承認事對部報吿，保與尼赫魯談話一段，甚不可靠。當覆一電，請公超注意。電係夜間擬，明日方能發出。下午五時囘拜巴西大使，巴西與蘇聯爲已絕交國。
