早電外交部，謂據報英代表與中共在北平談判，爭持甚烈，英外長昨日在國會說英對中共承認問題，尙未決定云云。當係爲此而發，電中並提起巴基斯坦有先承認可能。中午赴 Dr. Bery 處治牙、配牙，倒兩模子，甚痛。下午小奈都、Begum Razul 等來坐，小奈都謂潘尼迦主承認最力，但彼盲目爲印度政府擧措辯護，心中更不痛快。作函致馬星野，引黃仲則詩云「天空海濶數行淚，灑向人間總不知。」
