上午理髪，並參觀維多利亞博物院，除誇耀大英帝國統治力外，無甚其他意義。中午請僑團領袖午餐，謝其幫忙由藏退出之人員及眷屬，同時並請由藏退出人員中之單位負責人，至下午四時方散。作詳函致本館，指示我動身後之應辦事宜，並令留生趕鈔有關文件。晚九時半至Dum Dum機場，登Pan American Airways之星座號飛機，十時起飛，次晨五時抵曼谷，計飛七小時。
