上午 Sir Usha Nath Sen 來坐，彼談尼赫魯今晨赴加城事，謂社會黨決議抵制其公共集會，共產黨必遊行貼標語，又有一場擾亂，尼之聲望已不如去年遠甚。Sarat Bose 則號召左翼大團結，在彼領導下，組一大黨，反對國大黨，聲威甚大。近日印度政府改組消息甚流行，有 Sarcar Patel 下臺，尼赫魯邀社會黨入閣消息，觀社會黨秘書長 Lohia 於判刑後，近忽宣告釋放。報載印政府對 RSS 組織解禁，此組織卽與剌甘地案有關者。
