時，知 Panihhar 此次囘印，自己運動赴莫斯科，尼赫魯以其太不穩定，不允，後以此席約 Banares大學前副校長 Radhakrishnan，彼辭，現尙未定誰去。又彼云：潘在華與中共有聯繁，欲作中央與共黨議和調人，後因尼不准許而中止。此種情報在我方亦有蛛絲馬跡可尋，且適合潘的若干冒險家的性格。此間 Tass 社極活動，翻印一美國女子 Annabelle Bucar: The Truth About the AmericanDiplomats 一書五千册，在此分送，此書駡 Henderson 甚厲害。
