國內消息不多，仍極渾沌。上午接見V. Prasad〈Central Feature〉, K. N. Sharma〈Globe News Agency〉, P. Chaksavati〈Free Nation〉三記者，共費一小時半，爲其分析中國局勢。 　 下午開讀書會，由糜文開君報告印度哲學。臨書譜。 　 晚接印度外事部備忘錄，乃答覆我請其令印度大使隨政府遷廣州照會，謂因中國局勢變遷太快， 擬暫留使節在南京，派館中高級職員赴廣州設辦事處，以後再考慮遷往。此着本預料所及，但閱之憤 慨之至，國際間無感情，無道義，僅知勢利與現實，焉得不入地獄！
