晨昔Ramlal君、Wattal君夫婦，及樂武官同赴pahalgamSrinagar五十八英里，海拔七千英里，出S.約八里，有一古廟遺跡，爲十世紀所建，石刻甚佳，入口途中，風景絕妙，雪山漸露，蒼松蔽天。途遇Gypsy人，聞在克者約二萬，以遊牧爲生，夏季多在高山中，無跳舞唱歌之逸興，在Wattal君午餐，同去尙有捷克大使館參事Deduca夫婦及三小孩，頗盡興，至晚九時方歸，歸途尙訪一名園看噴泉，成詩三首，當另作遊記。
