晨四時半卽起，整理行裝，吃簡單早飯，五時半離旅館，六時到機場，六時半坐 Dellas 公司飛機起飛，先落 Hyderabad，再到 Nagpur ,再落 Bhopal，於下午四時到德里，德里天氣比南方涼得多，到館後少休，卽見孟買來之客人，接家信及各處所來積下之信，倦極。張菊生先生來函，爲甘地死大傷痛，欲在東方雜誌爲甘地出專號，囑託人寫文章與搜集材料。
