十二月十四日　 星期二 　 晨八時由華家嶺出發，經通渭縣至秦安縣午餐。下午三時半抵天水，警備司令李國章、專員張中 寧（黨校一期）及靑年團團員均在城外候接，宿城外西北公路工務局，宿食準備極周到。 　 秦安頗富庶，在一山谷中，以一川橫流，兩岸皆桃梨林木，到天水前經一高山，由公路所開缺口
入，卽見天水平地，長約四公里，寬一公里，城市尙整齊。
