十一月三十日　 星期二 　 上午發中寧，一時抵任春渡渡黃河，沿公路植樹，成績極佳，樹幹均作土圍護之，兵工之力也。 傍晚抵寧夏，馬少雲主席與各機關首長均在南門外相候，偕往中山公園懷遠樓，此樓係爲總裁所建， 室極精潔。余書房中均懸寧夏各種圖表，極見用心。晚發表談話。
