九月八日　 星期三 　 上午九時繼續開審査會，經濟組提案，昨日已審査完竣，今晨爲審査各有關部會報告，邀各部會 主管長官出席說明，每人十分鐘。商擬起草審査各部會報告決議文，爲國家總動員會報告之加入與否 ，頗費討論。下午三時開大會，通過戰事結束後一年內召開國民大會制憲案。
