上午九時大會通過最遲應於戰後半年內召開第六次全國代表大會。下午三時大會由常會提出修正 國民政府組織法案，改爲主席負責制，關於委員任期等條頗多討論，結果條文文字交主席團修正，明 日宣讀。至關獎勵外資、戰後經濟建設兩案，另組特種委員會審査。又通過延會至下星期一。
