八月二十一日　 星期六 　 晨由精河出發，午抵新二臺，飯畢卽逕赴霍爾果斯，視察中蘇接界處之邊卡，在檢査站小憩，抵 卡邊約一百五十公尺，站長勸勿前進，因對方恐起麻煩，甚爲不悅，而對方卡車在我國境通行無阻， 何不平等至此也！旋赴霍城縣長公署。下午七時許抵伊寧，專員徐伯達先生在巴彥岱相迎（巴亦爲伊 犁九城之一）。晚宿專員公署，地爲當年華俄道勝銀行舊址，園林甚佳，設備亦極近代化，爲全國專 員公署之冠。晚與徐專員談邊界問題，知最近一月發生遷移界木事五起。
