八月十四日 星期六 上午至建設廳同繼庸及圑中諸同人赴天山主峯博格達山，係盛督辦發動，並由省府招待。中午在 阜康縣午餐，餐後乘車至山口約四十里，路極難行，換馬上山至停宿處（天池水利工程辦事處），路 途里程估計不一，有謂四十里者，有謂五十餘里者，因山路難行，約四小時方到，到後卽大雨，同人 陸績到，有至晚十時方到者，乃唐啓宇，錢萊公諸人也。 晚與美國新聞記T. White等二人同宿一房。
