七月二十九日　 星期四 　 在酒泉。上午出席各界歡迎會演講。旋開座談會，所得較空洞，以祁連山天然林區管理處之報告 ，最爲可笑。 　 下午再訪原素欣兄，並看酒泉之泉，此泉在城外，大寒不凍，大暑不涸，左文襄駐節卽在此。 　 晚各界公宴，楊軍長致辭，臨時致答辭，講漢唐時歐亞交通之頻繁，歷引前人詩詞證之，並提及 自己所作「玉門出塞」歌。
